The Tearaways embarked on their summer 2019 UK Tour without their band mate and manager John Ferriter, who passed away July 25, 2019 just weeks before the tour was set to begin. John “Fin” Finseth took over bass duties and the band was able to enjoy its most-successful tour to date selling out most of the nine shows. The amount of support from new and longtime friends and fans of the band in the United Kingdom was overwhelming. The band was grateful and fortunate to have Haircut 100’s Nick Heyward and Sex Pistol’s Glen Matlock appear with the band at London’s 100 Club. Also in attendance that night were Sir Bob Geldof and Steve Van Zandt.
